## What it is

A property takes bookings on its own website rather than sending guests to a
travel site, and runs the front desk from the same place: arrivals, departures,
check in and out, payments, rates and availability.

## What it does

- Direct bookings on the hotel's own domain, with no redirect at checkout
- The whole rate stays with the hotel. InnDesk takes no commission
- A morning screen: who is arriving, who is leaving, what is still to collect
- A month calendar shaded by how full each night is, edited by dragging
- Rates, minimum stays and nights taken off sale, set across a block at once
- Rooms with photographs, a video and a description a guest can open
- Bookings and guests, searchable, filterable by date, with paging
- Payments recorded against a booking, with the stay and the money kept apart
- Automatic booking confirmations, styled in the hotel's own colours
- Cancellation emails to the guest and to the hotel
- Messages to a guest from the booking or from their record
- Calendar exchange with any service that publishes an iCal feed

## What it does not do

- It takes no commission on bookings and no cut of what a guest pays
- It is not a payment processor. It records that a payment happened
- Calendar sync carries dates only, never rates or guest details
- Full two way channel connections are not available
- It does not store card numbers

## Who it is for

Independent properties of roughly three to forty rooms: guesthouses, bed and
breakfasts, small hotels, boutique hotels, homestays, lodges.

## Requirements

A Wix site with the CMS added, which is part of Wix and is switched on from the
site editor rather than bought.

## Pricing

Free to install. Three plans, and no commission on any booking on any of them.

- Free: 3 rooms, 1 calendar connection
- Connected, $9 a month: 10 rooms, 3 calendar connections
- Unlimited, $19 a month: unlimited rooms and connections

Everything else is in every plan: unlimited bookings, the booking page on the
hotel's own domain, the front desk, rates and availability, guest records and
reports. Nothing about running the hotel is behind a paid tier.

Sites set up before 1 November 2026 keep everything with no limit and no
charge, for as long as they use the app.
