Terms of service

1. Agreement
These terms are between InnDesk of Cheras, Malaysia and you, the person or business installing InnDesk on a Wix site. Installing the app means you accept them. If you are installing on behalf of a company, you are confirming you may accept on its behalf.
2. What the app does
InnDesk lets a property take bookings on its own website, manage arrivals, departures and payments, set rates and availability, and exchange calendar availability with other services that publish an iCal feed.
3. What the app does not do
Stated plainly, because assuming otherwise causes real losses:
- We are not a payment processor. The app records that a payment happened. It does not move money. Taking and refunding money is between you, your guest and your own payment provider.
- Calendar sync carries dates, not bookings. An iCal feed can hold dates and nothing else. It cannot carry rates, guest details or a booking that another service holds. If a channel stops publishing, changes its link, or is slow to update, dates can be sold twice, and that is a limit of the format, not a fault we can remove.
- We are not a party to your bookings. The contract for a stay is between you and your guest. Cancellations, refunds, damage, no-shows and disputes are yours to settle.
- We do not guarantee bookings. Nothing in the app promises a number of reservations or an amount of revenue.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Keep your rates, availability and policies accurate. The app shows guests what you enter.
- Have a lawful basis for the guest information you collect, and give guests your own privacy notice.
- Follow the law where your property operates, including consumer, tax and accommodation rules.
- Keep your Wix account secure. Anyone who can reach your dashboard can read every booking in it.
- Not use the app to send unsolicited marketing email.
5. Price
There is a free plan and two paid ones. The free plan covers three rooms and one calendar connection, and everything else in the app: unlimited bookings, the booking page on your own domain, the front desk, guest records and reports. We take no commission on any booking, on any plan.
Sites set up before 1 November 2026 keep everything they have, with no limit and no charge, for as long as they use InnDesk. That is not a trial and it does not expire. You were here before there was anything to sell, and taking it back to sell it to you would be a poor way to thank you for it.
All billing runs through Wix, alongside the rest of your site billing. If we change what a plan covers, we will give at least 30 days' notice inside the app before it applies to you, and everything you have already entered stays yours either way.
6. Availability
We work to keep the app running and give no guaranteed uptime figure. The app runs on Wix infrastructure, and an outage there is an outage here. We may change or withdraw features, and where a change affects your bookings we will tell you before it takes effect.
7. Your data
Your bookings, guests and settings are yours. They live in your own Wix site and you can export them at any time. We do not sell them, do not use them for advertising and do not use one property's data to serve another. See the privacy policy for the detail.
8. Uninstalling
You can uninstall at any time from your Wix dashboard. Your data stays in your site so a reinstall finds it in place. Your outgoing calendar link stops working immediately, and any channel connections are switched off, so nothing keeps reaching out on your behalf.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as it is, and we are not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free plan is zero. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Suspension
We may suspend an installation that is being used to break the law, to send spam, or in a way that damages the service for other users. Where it is safe to do so we will tell you first.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Malaysia, and its courts have jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced inside the app at least 30 days before they take effect, and continuing to use InnDesk after that means you accept them.
